This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 30, 2008:
I just packed away some holiday decorations and came across a letter to Santa written by my 5 year old. I will keep it forever! She wrote the following:
Dear Santa,
This is Rhianna. Please, I want only one thing so you can deliver to the whole world.
How amazing is that!?! ( of course her version is much larger, written in marker and a little scattered across the page) She figured that if Santa had to deliver to the whole world, he might run out of toys, so she didn't want to be greedy. Then she asked me to send her old toys to Africa, because she knows that some people don't have as much as she does.... She's only 5!!! What a sweet pea!
